The Formari tome comes with the Memory Band DLC and gives a skill point
It is in my inventory, but I cannot get the skill point
If I use it, it disappears but I do not get the skill point
I have done some searching about this and some say the 1.05 patch screws-up the service updater
or something like that
Has anyone else had this problem
and has anyone a solution?
The DLC is listed as installed in the downloads section
but does not work
