You can see it in WEWH with Florianne.

Oh yes, that's right. You DO get to murder knife Florianne if you have enough court approval.

Sera uses what looks like the murder knife in her companion quest (Verchiel March) except her aim is off and it harmlessly hits the noble guy's chest and falls on the ground. Of course that's before she knees him in the yayay :P

I was actually one of those who originally hated the Murder Knife due to how out of place and over the top it was, but I noticed its absence because you usually drag the bad guy back to Skyhold in DA:I.  Also, the inquisitor is dull as dishwater.

I don't know I rather like the good knight captains reaction to being banished to the ash sea... something about sentencing someone and watching them get dragged off ranting and struggling... It must be a pretty horrid place given you don't get much of a reaction if you simply choose execute or imprison him.

Just one more thing lost with the constant redefining and essential reboots that the series keeps getting.

Plus, having your Inquisitor capable of murder-knifing people would allow him agency in being truly ruthless and possibly even evil. But BW didn't want that, so the murder knife is now gone.

The Murder Knife felt that the Inquisition is too public, so it didn't join the Inquisitor's arsenal of weapons.

Assuming we stay as a relative nobody in DA4, I expect the Murder Knife to return and continue its dark deeds.   :P

I am sure a Tevinter will have far things to use far better things to use including physical murder implements than some crude southern knife just as I would expect the assassin happy Antians to have vastly superior murder daggers that would put the so called murder dagger to shame.

I cannot say for sure that it is on all armors, but I know I see it sticking into the belt at the back of some of my Inkys.  Here's a mage one, for example, where it is visible.

That's not the Murder Knife.

The Murder Knife stays hidden until it's about to sate its bloodthirst.   ;)

Well then... oh, damn that's just her bacon knife.  :( Poor snoufleur.  She always was picky about fresh bacon whenever she was out in the field.

Judgement allows you to do some pretty despicable things.

Then again I suppose it's not as inanely psychopathic as the murder knife, which actually is still present in several places in game.

You said, "knifed murded people," which Gamer072196 took to mean "knifed murdered people" (I only realised the spelling error when I pasted the text). If you knifed a murdered person, then you stabbed a dead person with a knife, since they were already murdered prior to your knifing them. Er, make sense?

I am sure a Tevinter will have far things to use far better things to use including physical murder implements than some crude southern knife just as I would expect the assassin happy Antians to have vastly superior murder daggers that would put the so called murder dagger to shame.

It's not the quality of the knife, but how dead your target is - and they're always full dead in the murder knife's case.
