Assuming the OP isn't troll bait, I think that sort of thing is best left to your head canon. Or Archive of Our Own. 

 

Romance scenes in the Mass Effect series are always going to just be a quick cinematic montage of characters in varying states of undress making out. You're never going to get anything interactive.

I never played Femshep, but everyone told me the opposite.

The only problem I have with Femshep is if you pick the top dialogue option with Kaiden or Jacob you sound like a gushing.. Won't say what. So to avoid that you have no choice but to be a.. Wont say what. To Kaiden or Jacob.

I think this could be done with the jerkass boss of either gender humiliating one of the squadmates in front of the entire crew.

 

Typically, this is usually done by the charismatic villain who has undying loyalty of one or more powerful muscle otherwise known as thugs, usually well paid for their loyalty with moral compasses south of the south pole at their side to put down any dissention among the crew -- tossing a redshirt dissenter out the airlock would be appropriate here to give pause to anyone having thoughts about rising up against them. This character will have pet names for these exceptionally loyal members of the crew.

 

The question is how much of a jerkass does one want to play? Does one want to play a protagonist as a villain who is perhaps slightly less evil than the main villain in the story? It's a slippery slope here, because there would have a reputation scale. You know, a reputation for doing certain types of things that follows our protagonist around. 

 

Note that this would not be for all protagonists. Only those who choose this dark path.
