I typically host so if I get that message I reset my access point and ISP equipment, usually resolves it. If it doesn't, I blame it on the hamsters anyway, b/c I have a pretty good connection.

Second even my PSN is dropping at times so it's something different.
Third I can play white but dagger disconnects.
Lastly it sucks being disconnected mid game and lose ur grabs

Come to PC. We're ... not exactly better, but more flexible. And well, better in some areas. ![]()

Firstly I know wireless is worst but it was just a try. I'm back to wired.

Since you said PSN. Make sure the UPnP passes the PS3 internet test. I always have to reset the modem every now and then to fix that UPnP issue, otherwise constant disconnects during-pre match loading screens.

Or you could just open the port manually?

Nonsense! Too much science to bother with how that works again! Besides. It's mostly a PS3 issue.

Actually, it's at least partly a router issue and opening the port manually would fix it. ![]()

Well, thanks for letting me know. For when one of these days I decide to finally fix the issue... though not before I change internet providers first.
But yeah, guess I have to give you a like...

Yeah, the 2 days I came back to PS3 I noticed much crappier connection. But assumed it was always like this since I noticed the connection for PC seemed better overall then my console days. But maybe I'm wrong...

After disabling UPnP, it seems to have gotten better. Might be a coincidence... It still disconnects at times, but much less often than before.

Yep I've been having issues as well. I get on my PS4 and have zero issues so I doubt it's my wifi doing it.Re: PS3

^Ya, playing off host has become more difficult recently, guess they're not replacing those dead hamsters with healthy ones ..
It is getting more rare to find good hosts
