PLEASE FIX RNG FOR DA4

I just need to vent my frustration with how god-awful the RNG is in this game. I played the MP for a month when the game first came out. Then I played it 4-6 times a week from mid-February till about two weeks after NM/HB came out. I resumed playing the day after Xmas during the Xbox countdown sale. My friend just started playing on December 29th. That's more than half a year of dedicated gameplay for me and only three weeks of gameplay for my friend. The kicker? He already has better gear than me in almost every single category. The only exceptions I recall off-hand are shields and accessories. That sort of separation for our comparative time invested is just flat out ridiculous.

The RNG isn't as bad as it used to be, maybe you just need to spend more time farming...

And working as intended.

I still don't understand why we couldn't have the ME3 RNG that worked just fine. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

As long as they don't change the tooltips. TOOLTUPS AM PARFACT. After all, we don't want more information, and we certainly don't want accurate information. Keep things vague and wrong, Obsidian pls.
