You are not very funny for a penguin.  I expected much more from a flightless seabird.

Quarians don't suck...

BUT

... BioWare dropped the ball a couple of times here.

"No one remembers what Quarians looked like" ... because there are no photos, videos, holograms or medical textbooks to be found anywhere? The Extranet doesn't have a ton of selfies of teenage Quarians pre-Morning War?

Why would the Quarians wear face concealing helmets anyway? They have no reason to hide their faces. They could wear clear face plates.

Why don't the Quarians use heavy armor on top of their environmental suits, if those are prone to damage? Why not use mechs, if they are so much into tech and AI/VI programming?

Why don't Quarians need air tanks when they are in outer space or on planets without oxygen? I mean, I'm sure their filters are the best technology can offer but if there is no air to breathe... uh...

Why would Quarian even -need- their suits? Prior to the Morning War, they had an embassy on the Citadel, they traveled the galaxy and they had visitors from other species on Rannoch. If their immun system was so weak, then this wouldn't have been possible.

Why did their immune system get even weaker when they lived on their ships? Sure, the air is filtered but they have life ships, with gardens... and they still had contact with other species. What about all the Quarians who didn't live on Rannoch or in the colonies? What about those living on the Citadel or on another species' planet? Did they suddendly develop a weak immune system, too?

Don't get me started on "Rannoch has no insect life, so life evolved differently" and "mutually beneficial symbiosis with viruses".

In ME1, Quarians were using lots of cybernetic implants. If you look closely, you'll see that one of Tali's arms is a prosthetic. After ME1 it was never mentioned again.

That is quite weird, indeed.
