Found it.  Love Alix in general but this was probably her best VA work, she acted her little heart out here.  And this fits my Inquisitor so perfectly, so defiant, even watching it now I cheered a little.  "So yes, we'll bow, we'll play nice, but not to you."

I did play a mage, and she certainly isn't useless because she lost an arm. Even warriors and rogues aren't, there are plenty of one handed ways to fight, not to mention prosthetics (Iron Bull was going to have one in his original design!). It certainly won't stop my mage who can kill people with her mind, she's more of a badass than ever!

Plenty of badass protagonists out there with one arm - Luke Skywalker, Furiosa...

A little case of one-arm isn't going to hold my knight enchanter back. She'll just have to use her right hand to wield the spirit blade.

So TC, you're saying that you ruined the ending for yourself, and now you feel the game is spoiled.  You only have yourself to complain about.  It's a good game, and you ruined it by not playing it through.

IDK as someone who watched LPs and clips on ME for years i was amazed how different the games watched and played.  Entirely different feeling play through ME, especially ME 1, then just watching it.

Abyss here is my 1 issue from what I saw. Now mind you I didn't pay trespasser. Tell my why the inquisitors mark didn't kill him in the 2 years prior to trespasser? Hell while were at it why couldn't Corypheus and the Lyrium dragon just pulled the inquisitors arm off when they were in Haven. So let me get this correct The entire game Solas was really a God just allowing me to live and play important and now at the end I'm a 1 armed inquisitors that couldn't even slap a Nug but I somehow feel like I matter? The entire reason the inquisitors was around was to close rifts.  I just fell the inquisitors serves no purpose going forward. I would have rather seen Solas just break the Inquisitors neck and turn into wolf and walk away because I think Solas is truly the guy I want to be kind of like Anders and Justice.

play the dlc for yourself, it's not recommended to see the ending of another person's playthrough, you play it and make your own choices

(shepard survives in the good ending)

I'm mystified as to why you're starting a debate about the end of Trespasser when you haven't played it.  Play it, form your own opinion with all the information playing it will give you (not some stuff you got off Youtube), then decide.

I think you should actually play it, because some of this stuff is wrong. The mark starts acting up once you go near Elvhen magic past the Eluvians. It would have killed you eventually if you hadn't but it was taking time.

Cory was going to kill you at Haven, but you stopped him by causing an avalanche.

Solas wasn't anymore powerful than he acted during the game. He only gained his power back once he absorbed it from Mythal.

Corypheus tried to take the Mark back, but it was "spoiled" and grafted permanently onto the Inqisitor's arm, meaning Cory could n't use it.

Then the avalanche hit.

Yes, Solas was the "god" Fen'harel the whole time, using the Inquisitor to fix a problem he created.  But the Inquisitor did other stuff as well above and beyond stopping Corypheus.  Take pride in that (heck take pride in stopping Corypheus, you did what an elven god couldn't)

The Inquisitor's job is done.  Time to step aside and let someone else play hero.  Llike the Inquisition of old, know when to lay down your banner.

You should have hit your buddy with a sock filled with pennies for showing you the end before you played it.  Besides there are real benefits to having only one hand.

You don't have to applaud anyone any more.
You can get people to drive you around in carriages now and even use the handicapped spots for your horse.
when you face palm everyone will know that you really mean it.
You can annoy Cassandra by thrusting your non-hand in front of every book or scroll when she stabs it and you can then laugh at her.
You can get people to scratch your back for you.
You can annoy your group by wearing an eye patch and going Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr at them all the time.
You can attach an ale tankard to your stump and get free sympathy drinks.

Well done, sir!

Especially the Facepalm....

It could have had different effects, but it doesn't. It has these effects

Hell while were at it why couldn't Corypheus and the Lyrium dragon just pulled the inquisitors arm off when they were in Haven.

Maybe he would have, given a little more time. He intended to kill the PC.

Hmmm.... so the game isn't enough of power fantasy for you?

How were choices any more limited here than in the other games?

Let's see... did you...

1. Leave the talks politely or rudely?

2. Kill the ex-templar or let him go?

3. Detain the servant or the guard?

4. Merge the Inquisition back into the Chantry or disband the Inquisition?

Your results:

Spoiler

Ohhhh you were talking about the choices you made within Trespasser itself.  Most of those can be summed up by '**** happens'.  The player character is not, nor should they be a God. Also the last one is just purely...wrong.

Because it's just a grappling hook launcher.

..which is bad ass.  It turns the Inquisitor into batman. :P

I'm at peace now realize I don't have to play trespasser and just go about thinking
My inquisitor is a God. Also to the guy who asked me if their was enough fantasy..never.
My perspective is different I've played mages in games since Gauntlet came out in 1985
And they never get justice due to them. Mages have constantly been nerfed for years in video games.
The only game I've actually seen Mages that were God like powerful were
Diablo 3, Baulders Gate 2, Oblivion, Dark Souls 2 pre nerf.
