In my opinion, this takes away the fun, at least for me. I like challenges and if I can play every match with a Cyclo IV without havinfgto buy it... I wouldn't like it. This is pure cheating.

I have 3 other accounts for that (X-Box 360, PS3, and WiiU).

Check out all my consumables on legit X-Box; http://social.biowar...e&platform=xbox

It's loaded with all the good stuff. And I did all that that legit. Only my level 1 stuff is in the double digits. While everything else near 255 max. So I've earned this PC space magic with all that level one stuff I've many times used in the past.

Sorry, what's this space magic? Isn't that already cheating? Seems like a command that refills stuff without paying for it. Might be wrong...

Not everyone on PC cheats.

True but Op admitted to space magic in the first line of his starting post.

Sure I could give myself more credits, but that would be cheating. ... >_>;;

Well if you could go halfway, might as well go all the way! No point in growing a conscience half way through it :bandit:

Every kitty has to know his limitations.

PS - I added more to my last post here.

I'm also like one of two people who plays on PC with an X-Box 360 gamepad, while everyone else uses mouse and key. I'm clearly at a disadvantage. So excuse me, princesses, if I decide to only use top of the line consumables on PC.

I understand. Back when I used to play Borderlands 2 on PS3 I farmed legendaries countless hours. Then some friends bought the game on PC and I did too. I felt in the right to mod the save as I already spent time enough farming stuff on PS3, and it's not like I live only to play -_-

So yeah, I guess it's okay to cheat on alt accounts if you have others where you spend considerable amount of time to get things legit.

Why would you do that?? Mouse is so much better for aiming games.

Well if you want to go in to the argumentative side of it, cheating is only really harmful if it hurts other people or their gameplay to be specific. Like for example cheating in a pvp multiplayer game for an unfair advantage. You're ruining other peoples games as well by cheating there. Don't be that guy.

                   But IMHO if you're just tweaking to get a few extra consumables in a horde mode game centered around co-op, where you getting the extra consumables or items benefits you as well as your teammates directly as well as indirectly and also allows you to bypass the retarded store design, I don't  see any problem there.

I play from the comfort of my own bed in front of my 50 inch TV. Not hunched over a desktop monitor. I clearly prefer comfort and more challenge. Being an old school gamer and all.

You're right. I have seen in action harmful glitch abuse in PVP (Assassin's Creed 3) that simply crushed other people's fun. It was very bad.

I also heard that there's a website where you can get a 1 day trial for lots of cheats in Battlefront (e.g.auto aim, reveal enemies, etc) and then pay for them if you like. My coworker bought the game and can't play anymore because everyone is doing this.

I also prefer comfort, that's why I play console (I know you can have comfort on PC too, but it's not most people's case). But you could use a wireless ketboard and mouse :P

But then, you lose the challenge thing.

I haven't figured out how to for gels, ops, rockets and clips. The space magic that I know for consumables only gives you one of each you have zero of (so I have to press 3 buttons on my keyboard after each match to refill; Tab > up arrow > Enter). And entering pugs with 1 gel, op, rocket and clip is not for me.

Sure I could give myself more credits, but that would be cheating. ... >_>;;

I try to stockpile mine for specific solos, and have a lot because the last round of solos I ran didn't allow them.  But they aren't cheating.

That's pretty much me. Sofa, Wireless controller, Sony Pulse Elite headset or Home Theater surround sound. But that's kind of expected on console lol

If I had a PC, I'd place it hidden somewhere in the living room and simulate a console hahaha (pretty much what you're doing)

Even without cheating it doesn't take that long to max out your consumables to 255 each. I did it on my PC account in...

(check N7 HQ)

... 57 hours.

Of course you are still limited by how many of each you can carry, maybe not 6 of each.

I have a spacebar macro set for if I go down.  I don't consider that cheating, I consider that not breaking my spacebar.  It also is used to run pizzas, which Bioware confirmed as "clever use of game mechanics".

Whatever line people are drawing between the above, and full-auto Mattock macros, seems pretty thin imo.
