Card background and actual card rarity are separate. It's definitely not an ultra rare in the sense you are thinking of.

I've seen that a long time ago on top of the center balcony of X-Box London, with a clear view of practically the whole map. Nothing lived long enough for me and other pug to reach it before Phase Disrupter and area dmg melted it before you eyes. Wonder if that was you?

Did know it was possible to forget playing Slayer? Fairly auto pilot kit. I usually don't play him for this reason. But will give him another whirl today and see if I can find some more depth to him. ... On host, of course.

He's op against Geth. Just spam light melee. Can tank Primes all day long it's not even funny. Tough it barely does any damage. But it's kinda cool.

Are you using a mod? Mods with gibbed used to cause this issue.

Though the card background is only cosmetic. Since it is an N7 char, they might have just put that on it. I know in the old days they did.
