I'll start: No matter what Shepard decided whether it was Synthesis, Control or Destroy, it turns out he's warped to Andromeda when he disintegrates in Control or Synthesis and in Destroy something happened off-screen we didn't see. Turns out he's the mysterious N7 guy we've seen in the trailers.

Hunting down Shepard feels too much like what Halo 5 advertised with the Chief.  The ark departing before the first Normandy gets blown up would fit well IMO.  Personally I'd rather they just pick a canon ending that's not synthesis and have us fleeing from the Leviathans.

I would like to see a destroy ending personally but considering the tone of the trailers I could see them departing Milky Way at some point after ME1 and before ME3 so while there is the connection with Milky Way but it cuts out the whole of ME3.

I would imagine the two most likely endings to be canon-ized are destroy or control.  Destroy is obviously my preference.  It's a good thing there were some Geth and an AI on the ark.

Other than that, they could end up doing something goofy and making control the canon ending, with iShepard as a future antagonist.

I don't want to see Shepard in ME:A.

Personally I think the ark will have left before the ending of the war  (or me3 even starts) so they won't even mention the ending because nobody on the ark will know what happened.

iShepherd? :D :D :D :D

Don't think they will canonize anything.

I'd play, but I'm not sure how serious the thread's intended to be.

Well... Schlerf (H4) did write the plot for ME:A and he may have had a hand in planning the current Halo trilogy lol. I'm calling it. They're making a deal out of saying "Shepard isn't in it" and making a secret out of the N7 soldier in the trailers but it'll turn out to be Shepard.

Didn't he leave Bioware?  I remember reading this recently.

There will be nothing from ME3 in ME:A.

Nothing.

Never confirmed, but yes the writing is on the wall. They removed him from his previous highlight in the "Introducing 5 new leads from ME:A" blog post and he has gone dark on Twitter since Aug 2 even though his description still says he's lead writer.

The only way I see them subverting the Endings of ME3 is to ignore it completely. By that I mean, however we get to Andromeda, it will have occurred chronologically before the final battle when the Crucible was unleashed. Thus our protagonist and all others with them will have no knowledge on the fates of Milky Way's civilizations.

In the two year interim between Shepards death and resurrection the ARK is built/discovered and departs.

No need for explanations or talk of secrets.

It all happened while the MC was dead, so you didn't hear about it.

Canonized Synthesis:

Ark Ship is leaving the Milky Way to escape a plague which, for some reason, easily jumps species and threatens all life in the galaxy due to exploiting the lack of genetic variation.  :D

I really doubt that...

However, I have said that I suspect that they will at some point decide to homogenize the endings...but they don't want to now, because "choices matter" and "artistic integrity". When they do decide it, it will probably be along the lines of "the Remnant invade the MW and space magic undo synthesis or XYZ reasons why all three endings are now identical. Yay, now future games in the MW, our bad, guys".
