After more than a year.. such a bug still wasn't fixed? When Cassandra on Shield-Wall or after performing Shield Bash, she just stood there not moving and not attacking. The only way to fix it was to Disengage. Why such simple bug wasn't fixed after a year?

Yeah, don't know when this bug was introduced but it is a real PITA. I've noticed anyone with a melee weapon will occasionally freeze in place and be unable to do anything until I switch to them and perform a manual attack. Problem seems to be far more common when using tactical cam mode to direct people (my theory is that it is caused by interrupting an action/animation that then causes a lock up), pretty much killed any use I might have gotten out of the mode :-/

Hmm i seem to find another bug pertaining to Fire mine. After successfully used once, then for some reason i wanted to cast it again (I have enough mana and mark it on the terrain). It somehow doesn't cast it but instead changed to basic attack. What gives?

I noticed the same on all my chars. using tactical camera (which I use a lot). I found simply using an ability snaps it back to the way it should be.

Just a shot in the dark here, but I noticed myself at first when I zoom out to TC and the game pauses, I would unpause the game (still being in TC) before I left clicked where the ability should land and that canceled the ability so my char would just do a normal attack. Don't know if this is your issue or not..
