At the end of Origins, if Anora is Queen with either the Warden or Alisdair as consort, she still normally runs Gwaren as Teyrna.
If Alistair rules alone, he imprisons the Dowager Queen and can grant Gwaren to the Warden if he requests riches and power as a boon. However, we know the Warden departs Ferelden on his long quest, so it would be normal to appoint a steward in his absence to kep things ticking over (we know for a fact that he relinquished control of the Grey Warden Arldom of Amaranthine to another Warden Commander). For Gwaren, I suggest that Anora would be the ideal individual to take up the reigns, given her knowledge and connections with the territory.
Even if it isn't awarded to the Warden, we never hear of its fate. Alistair would be within his rights to strip it from Anora due to her father's treachery, but I don't think that's his style, as indicated by his treatment of her. I suspect she would be left with the tile, thus becoming one of the most powerful heiresses in Thedas.
What I'm saying is that Bioware don't have to worry too much about continuity with Gwaren: Anora can be ruling it whatever happens - either as Queen and Teryna, Dowager Queen and Teryna, or Steward to the Hero of Ferelden, Teryn of Gwaren.
Simples!
