Last of Us swept 2013 and it was a PS3 exclusive so I wouldn't count it out just because of the platform.

Uncharted 4 alone will overshadow ME:A at any award show at the end of the year, this isnt 2014 where bioware had virtual no competition. Even now when people talk about RPGS they only talk about The Witcher 3 and Bloodbourne.

 

Also Quantam Break is easily a contender, Remedy has yet to disappoint.

Not sure what to talk about when there is literally nothing to talk about. We don't know anything about the story, setting, or anything. Bioware gives us virtually nothing to talk about at this point. I think I like the orange color in the ME trailer?

Im talking about DAI that only got GOTY simply because the The Witcher 3  got delayed. And no the BSN does not count, when people refer to what  an ideal modern day RPG should be like they point at The Witcher 3.

Not sure what's the obsession with Witcher fanboys keep comparing their favorite game they don't create to other games constantly. Play what you like and be done with it. I don't see people who play games like Deus Ex, Uncharted, or any possible game out there do that much comparison and bashing in other games' trailer as the Witcher to be honest. The developers are on a friendly term and congratulate on each other's success. I don't get why the fans can't do the same.

 

DAI did fine, Witcher did fine. They both exceed their sales target, a lot of the fans are happy with the product. I don't place a lot of importance on GOTY, but if Witcher wins then good for them, I'm glad because even when I don't enjoy the game as much as others, I can see the appeal it has. I don't see why the need for people to be so toxic toward other games. There is a difference between hoping other developers learn from their favorite games and straight out bashing and talking about how their game is da best.

It's kinda remind me of a male Tomb Raider. Uncharted is always striving for good graphics, so their game is often one of the best of their time. You spend time gathering treasures spreading throughout the game, and the story is very engaging. It's one of the better IPs Sony has.

I am yet to see a console exclusive that made me really regret not having a console, most of the types of games I like are on PC.

Kingdom Hearts, Uncharted, and Street Fighter 5 are the main reasons I get a PS4. I play most other games on PC, especially games like Fallout 4, mods make a lot of games more enjoyable.
