some bug where u just randomly die ? seen it 3 times today where i get hit for about 6 or 700 dmg and poop im dead

I've had this too.  Mostly seems to happen on zone 2 of the Ferelden Castle, in my experience.

I had this on elvin ruins zone 5 too. Perilous.

The rt archers shots me for about 800 damage per hit Whilst usually I only take less than 80.

Died several times in Ferelden Castle. Mostly from Demons. The only ones doing that kind of damage is the death rays and It seems they shoot through walls and everything occasionally there.

 

I think every time it has happened I been in the bottom stairs just outside the door you can unlock.

no not for this damage, getting 1 shotted by nothing, a shield guy dying 2 seconds later nothing else around and dead

also happened on my saare while assaras leaping in flow killed the last 3 mobs, i think it was 2 demons and a small dragon then woops dead 640 dmg or so 

so no, nothing thats supposed to be there

Unless it's the stairs... we have a lot of people trip and die on the stairs - I've never understood that one.

I've had it happen with no enemies around on both PS3 and PS4, so it appears that it's a cross-gen issue. Happens mostly with my Archer, but I've had it happen with my Saarebas too. Always on zone 2 of the Ferelden Castle...

In FC, if I play Saarebas and leap onto an enemy that got bashed down the bridge, I will fall with him. That deals me monster fall damage and I will just bleed out on the sea bed...

Died multiple times on Zone 2 FC this weekend. Random one shots from thin air.

ya i think most of them have been in zone 2 fc , did have 1 or 2 in tevinter though

FC's always been questionable map.

seems this is caused by shield bearers , usually wen u get hit its a few seconds after a shhield bearer dies 

was in fc zone with my reaver kill the shield guy while im over half hp then boom 4 hits of 260 dmg or so 

noticed it previously on other classes but only ever noticed 1 hit as i was usually on a mage

Try being zapped by 3 electric DoTs at the same time then crying 'mummy'

Also venatori mages's "leap back" ability... I get caught every time when I play reaver 

 

Also in HB RT knights do electric dot too. When you see a dozen knights with all those buffed shadows and archers and electric pulsing in the air...   Get ready to see some serious dot damage and the leap shots that comes right after that.

Saw a top leaderboarder got 1 shot by electric dot damage once... I saw at least 16 ticks in 1 second

I didn't die but I did have to use 2 health potions and 1 regen potion very , very quickly lol
