That's unfortunate for "a lot" of people, then.

Yeah, that's unfortunate for the rest of the world.

Who said they should cut it out entirely? Having some romances with it and some without is not getting rid of sex in Bioware games.

some people seem to want that. I don't.

Yeah, that's unfortunate for the rest of the world.

Only the immature part of the world that thinks relationships = sex.

Because there are many different orientations they have to account for, those who got stuck with that option will have their options reduced.

And the same thing happens if they do it your way.

Yes, duh.

You are objectively wrong. What about asexuals and those similar to them? For them, sex isn't a necessary part of the romantic relationship, thus Romance =/= Sex.

Insignificant numbers. If we were to take into account all the sexualities out there and make a game for it, it would be more than 50.

As long as you'll back my Mass Effect licensed mobile dating simulator, then we're all good.

some people seem to want that. I don't.

I have not seen a single person here who wants romances without sex saying that there should be no sex whatsoever.

True, it wouldn't really be that hard. One dialogue option to affirm your love/attraction to the LI, and then another (optional) dialogue to initiate sex scene. If you don't choose it, then they just hug/kiss or something. Having the option doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

Insignificant numbers.

Hundreds of thousands to millions of people are not insignificant.

You don't have to for me to ask.

So you're saying that taking out things previously in the other games wouldn't make sense?  Like fetch quests and hacking mini-games (not a lot of people miss those).

A lot of people play BW games for the relationships...but we just established that relationships does not equal sex.  So if they took out sex, then...

you can repeat what you want and I can counter with what I think and we won't be getting anywhere. I get it, you don't care about the sex scenes. We have to agree to disagree because I don't want to repeat myself until I get tired of this.

I don't see any issue with choice, but it's fascinating how many people feel like "sex scenes" are important.

Sure, as long as you can include all the sexualities spectrum in the universe out there, I wouldn't want anyone to miss out.

Sex =/= relationships,

but for a lot of people relationships = sex.

Yeah sex is an essential part of vast majority of relationships. That doesn't mean it is all it is. It does mean carving it out is as unacceptable to me as carving out all other forms of affection towards the li.

Millions of people are not insignificant.

You know they used to say the same thing about homosexuals. I guess you are right, there are hypocritical fans out there, you being one of them.

Millions people who play video games, who is either gay, straight, or bisexual, who play RPG, who play shooter, and your number is insignificant since those who are gay and asexual wouldn't want a lesbian asexual. You're basically targeting a minority within a minority.

That's how you put it. You only care that you get the kind of romances you want for every single romance, and if people want something different you think they should just suffer.

Hundreds of thousands to millions of people are not insignificant.

Compared to the majority of the species?

It's very insignificant.

The species if current estimation is right is roughly approaching the mid point to eight billion, thousands and millions don't even approach a single digit billion little lone a series of billions approaching two digits.

.-.

So yeah, very insignificant, very inconsequential.

As far as numerics go anyway.
