I always find it funny when suggest mods create a happy ending. There is no happy ending to Milky Way after all the death and destruction, there's merely less bleak and less contrived.

Admittadly I loved the way they represented this. I only wish that you could tell Joker or have some sort of payoff with him if you followed this story to the end. The most payoff you get is you just have an option to reactivate the Asari - who then goes nuts and kills a few folks.
Still I do like how they crafted this little piece.

I really doubt it was Joker's sister. Basing everything off a single first name is kind of stretching it. How ever head canon it does add a nice darker tone to the story.

Age, name, location, and possible appearance are all given in ME3. Plus she wanted to be a pilot.

So there was no way an entire colony could have a 15 year old girl with the same name? I'm pretty sure I could go to a random school and find to girls with the same name and age. And possibly find one who would want to be a pilot.

And there's no way there isn't another person with the name Jack the QEC yellow pages guy at the fob knew to contact for Shepard? What a joke.
It would be a safe bet the girl killed was Joker's sister

Everything lines up, coupled with fact devs have said it was her. Ideally should have been concluding moment where joker hears the crushing news.
IKR! It reminds me a bit of the moment from the first Fable game where you have an optional side quest and learn about the Villianous Lady Gray, but you never get to announce the findings to the city and she keeps going about her business as usual. In the lost chapters at least you could reveal the findings which would allow you to ascend as mayor of the city, marry the lady, or not marry the lady.
