As did Femshep. They all saw Miranda's in ME2 and decided heaving D cup anchors were the perfect accesory for the active female who engages in physically strenuous and demanding activity. Jack too, though it's hard to tell whether thats going under the knife or simply a result of removing the gimp straps and giving those oppressed funbags their freedom.

I honestly liked the ME1 proportions and body models better.

As for the outfits, they are all unrealistic, you still needs proper suits to go in a vacuum. Many disliked the armor system in ME1 but I actually quite liked it those new outfits for each were just over workshopped.
