Joke thread aside, there's not much more sex in TW3 than your standard bioware offering, aside from 2 for the love interest and disregarding brothels (DA:O had one of those too), I counted about 3 sexual encounters in total among all side quests.

 

16 hours of mocap data doesn't mean 16 hours of scenes in the game.

There was this joke that Bioware thinks romance ends after sex. I agree with OP's sentiment though. Let's US decide if it ends after sex but ideally, make it so romance arcs have a sex-scene 2/3 into it, and then the last third could be more bonding and making it seem more like a relationship. I disliked in DA:I how, at least with Cassandra it was a lot of circlejerk about how good Inquisitor is. The whole "I don't know how you do it" is as cliched a Bioware writing trope as the "Drinks are on me"s and "It's been an honor!" cliches.

 

We need something that feels more believable, and immerses the player, and saying no after sex is actually one thing they could do to give us the sense that romances are organic. Similarly, it would be cool if one of the companions would say no instead, maybe based on whatever morality meter ME:A has.

would allow characters to be done properly without having to throw in useless romances, and focus on making them have interesting back stories and opinions on **** going on, as well as react to your decisions in realistic ways (like leaving your team, turning against you, etc.)

The reality of motion capture isn't that sexy, sadly. Ridiculous combinaisons, captors protruding everywhere, you can't really touch the other actors since the signals will be mixed up. You'd be better off in a classic porn movie actually. Or a classic movie with sex scenes.

The only reason I went with Liara in ME1 in my first playthrough is because I wanted to see the futuristic blue alien secks.

If I knew I was going to be dragged into her romance arc in ME2 and ME3...I would of had second thoughts.

gotta dump her when she starts getting too clingy and it gets boring. Okay, she was always clingy, but there was an incentive to keep talking until you got dat blue booty

If Male, you have to then do the renegade bang with Jack, only to pick Tali/Miri (I'd pick the former because then they both can live for you to do the other at a later date) all the while doing Kelly under the table. Then in ME3 you pick up Chobot and bang her, only to realize the reason none of your relationships have worked is because you've really been gay this whole time, lead Steve on only to break his heart and finally get the priiize of dat Kaidan biotic booty.

For femshep, ME2 doesn't matter so much. Guess Jacob/Thane are better options than the bug/birdman because they have the decency to die/go away of their own volition. Make sure to still bang Kelley and Chobot under the table, then go for Traynor, tease Kaidan but then finally daterape James or get plastered yourself and bang Javik. Oh, don't forget the consort with either.

Yeah, Femshep in particular didn't get as much opportunity to bang everything and half her options are lesbian ones aimed primarily a pervy dudes, anyway. Sexist prats. Either way, we obviously need less getting to know names, are more getting to bang bang bang.
