basically. There's literally no way to save her if you break up with her. Apparently, what's on her mind when attacked by a space ninja and getting shot at is the fact that her boyfriend from 6 months ago dumped her.

Why would I worry about HIV? I'm not a human and don't have a functioning immune system for it to affect anyway.

I never tried this particular path before (I think I finished the game only once and abandoned a few playthroughs) but it sounds really idiotic.

Every time you introduce yourself to a new character, and in every conversation with any character (maybe excluding enemies) there should be a "Wanna bang?" option.

Clear cut case of being an "alpha widow". Shepard's swag and pipe laying skills were so good, that she was permanently ruined for other men and could never find a suitable replacement.

The funny thing is that were not even necessarily in a committed relationship. Shepard has dialogue options in ME2 that can imply the relationship is primarily sexual, Miranda sleeps with another guy on Omega, and Shepard can break it off with Miranda in ME2 with her having very little of an emotional reaction. She's not pleased, but has a 'Whatever. Back to work' tone.

 

If Shepard saves the break up for the beginning of ME3 however she acts as if she's just lost her soul mate. What changed in those six months or so that Shepard was in the brig? Apparently absence really does make the heart grow fonder.
