I was able to transfer my e-mail account to match my Bioware Social account, but now because of that my Cerberus Network won't work. I've spent more time on hold on the phone, on the boards here, and getting disconnected from the EA support chat than I have playing ME2.
Where can I formally request a new Cerberus Activation code? No way I'm spending 1,200MSP after I just paid $91.00 for the collector's edition of the game. Thank you for your time in advance.

I have my receipt of the game, I can take pics of the game - whatever. I finally got all my DLC to work but now I'm missing the network. And that means I cannot download Zaeed. I'm waiting in line on the chat to request a code, let's hope this is finally solved.
If anyone from the admin team is reading this, anything you can do to help me obtain a new code would be appreciated. Or if you could reset the one I already used that would be great, too. Thanks, all the best.
