Nah, don't worry. To clear up any confusion though, Baldwin didn't create the movement, he merely (unintentionally) gave it a name.

I really can't stand Baldwin's politics, but I don't see why that should matter to anyone.  I like him as an actor.  Jane and Reegar are two awesome sci fi characters and that's partially due to Baldwin's skills.  I wouldn't mind him showing back up in ME: A.

You know I do try to separate the artist from his/her politics and while I can do it with some actors like John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, James Woods, and Gary Oldman there is big difference between them and Adam Baldwin they are better actors. Jayne was a joke and Reeger was like his role in ID4 and The Patriot as basically background characters that pretty much was all he should be. Adam Baldwin is no where in their league and is not needed.  If you want a better and controversial VA get Alec Baldwin.

Seems kinda funny that Adam Baldwyn is apparently able to get along very well with those of a different mindset than his own for so many projects, yet is apparently on the outside of some here that have seemingly never met or spoken to him. Personally, I rather like the mutual respect and praise that he gives and receives from those that have.

How about a new leadership board that is comprised of VA's from Firefly, Star Trek, etc?

Just realised I've yet to answer in this thread properly.

 

I actually don't want Adam Baldwin showing up anywhere in this game, and it has absolutely nothing to do with his politics or beliefs or anything to do with his personal life outside acting. I don't think anyone should be prevented from working and feeding their family because they don't share my political views, or because they're a "douchebag"  anyway (except maybe Wil Wheaton  ) but that's beside the point.

 

I'm just sick of various Firefly and/or Torchwood actors showing up in every BioWare game. It's seriously getting old now. I want a new, fresh cast of VAs and not the same group the have been in every modern BW game.

 

It's tough though because i'd like to see him in it just to annoy Manveer.

Have to differ. Seeing as Sean Maher appears to be amongst his good friends, it would seem that this accusation has little merit.

Besides Nathan Fillion and Adam Baldwyn appearing in a past Bioware title, I am unaware of other occurrences. Please link the other such VO's, as I am interested in such.

While true, seeing how Firefly, Chuck, and The Last Ship teams have respected and praised this actor at various forums, this does not appear to be the case here. Unless there is some personal knowledge to base such an opinion, it would seem such low opinions are being founded upon prejudicial gossip and like sources.
