Citadel ![]()
Because it's silly and stupid, but sooo much fun and some of the best banter in the entire Trilogy, imo. Also, it has more crew interactions.
I love all ME3 DLCs, but yeah, Citadel is the one I like most.

Citadel because its like a nice little hoorah before the end and also you gets loads of banter between companions and its just so much damn fun! Narrative wise its a bit iffy but if you can headcannon well its not bad... but honestly its one of the best damn dlc's out there
and i also played through omega if you are mostly an aria fan then thats the dlc for you sadly doesnt have much banter between companions since they arent even there... its more like shep and arias date
while citadel is a big party blast with all of you crew members (if they are alive).

I think if you can answer the question if you want more squad mate and even LI interaction, then Citadel without a doubt
It might have the most replay value too since your squad mates will make a lot of hilarious comments during this DLC,so it's always nice to take different people with you.
Well, I actually forgot about Omega, whoops. I don't like it nearly as much as the others, but then I'm not a fan of having to do missions without my squaddies, and I also don't like Aria thaaat much. But if you do love her and don't care about your squad, then you should go for Omega ![]()

Depending on my moot either Citadel or Leviathan.
From the sheer amount of content alone, citadel wins most of the time.

The citadel DLC is the most fun in a cheesy way. Sure the jokes didn't hit the mark everytime and there were some bizarre parts like the Traynor hot tub scene, but overall it was a great final "farewell" to the characters we've grown to love.
But Omega and Leviathan were also fun. I enjoyed Omega a bit more more...mostly because Aria is one of my favorite characters and my choices did matter. I especially liked Aria's character development. She can change according to your actions and conversations with her throughout the DLC (and without resorting to a "one dialogue choice determines all" scenario). In Leviathan, I can choose whatever and the end will be the very same (Well, I can kill Ann Bryson to save a few minutes of scanning time...planets I would scan anyway). I don't have From Ashes.

Really like the characterisation element in omega, renegade, paragoning or just plain confusing aria, class interrupt and the choice St the end regarding Petrovsky. Probably wins for me.
Citadel. The party is fun, I finally got more Miranda moments. Still the mission aspect was rather cheesy.
Ashes: love Javik, he's so important I sort of forget I bought him as dlc as it just felt a higher fee for a complete day 1 game.
Leviathan: really dislike.

Citadel because you get more one on one time with the squadmates that you love in the current and previous games. Plus this was a final send off for the your crew and the game. This was just overall a great experience for a dlc.

Can't really choose since I like them all.
Omega DLC; If you have read Mass Effect Invasion, it really amp up the experience while liberating the station. You know that Aria isn't telling the whole truth. Also its a self-contained story with its own arc, even if it was largely unrelated to the rest of the game. The new mech droid and Adjutants is a nice change. Kinda wish we have more of those in the base game. Besides, a lesbian turian squadmate. So wonderful.

and there's different resolution with Aria as the game react to the way you respond to her. Had a neutral renegade last time. Aria was so pissed with how I played her.
With Citadel DLC, its good if you read Mass Effect Foundation to learn more about Brooks but its not required reading since Miranda said she barely know her as Rasa, or you could accept it to her being just straight up lying to you. Having you squadmate LI saving you is a nice touch and there's a lot of lovely banters with everyone. And playable Wrex
Definitely a feel good DLC and everyone loves you except for your clone. Besides, its the only part of the game where I felt Joker is actually funny.

Leviathan : I think it did its job explaining the origins of the Reapers and the supreme Alien that created the Reapers is point-blank saying that 'Catalyst' is just BS-ing you. I like that it actually show indoctrination in progress as oppose to "monologues and go crazy" stuff and it bring back the dark horror fantasy elements.
For Ashes : I like Javik in my ship although I never really use him. He's a misanthrope who was openly hostile to Liara, can't really dislike him after that.
Extended Cut : I like it for that evacuation scene alone....
Frankly, I wished they do more story DLCs than this or at least a post-ending DLC that sync toward MEA.

Citadel for sure. Only DLC I didn't play was Omega because I didn't feel like shelling out more $$, but I was not disappointed in the Citadel DLC, it's a silly last hurrah and mission with your squadmates from the trilogy with a lot of inside jokes and banter. Of you appreciate the mass effect banter between squadmates it's a definite must play.

I would say Citadel, specifically the main mission at the start. I loved having the whole gang back together, actually fighting in one squad.
Omega - After all the diplomatic shenanigans and Krogan baby-sitting of the first act, it felt so good to go kill some bad guys. But you can't take squad mates, it's pretty long (2-2 and a half hours) and I can't leave for a bit and go do something else. You're stuck there. There isn't much story either, but you do get a female Turian which is very cool.
From Ashes and Leviathan are important story wise and vital to do, but I think I'll still go for the mission in Citadel.

Citadel: Like everyone, I love this DLC, even the chessy plot. but it's more like a great day out with firends. you have larghs, you shoot things 46 times, drink beer, watch turian/qurrain musicals. its fun and a great send off for the charcters we have come to know and love.
Lethiaven: i like this more than Omega. there is a interseting mystory and some great moments. and for the most part, it sheds some light in to the history and lore of the reapers. I also reconment that for the last part, you bring your LI
Omega: ... since I'm not that much of Aria fan. I don't really like this. i still play it, but i am not that interestind in saveing Omega for a mobster type. what is interesting is Nyree, the frist female turian we had seen. she has an intersting backstory, I wish...well, i won't spoil, and yeah, i kinda hate that you can't bring your crew.
form ashes: Javik is fun, and there is a slight hint of nostolga as you head to Eden Prime...espaicay if you bring the VS

I really loved them all, but felt From the Ashes was a priority because of Javik. Citadel is a must have and the others are good for tying up loose ends and visiting old places.

Citadel, without a question. Some of the best writing ever in a DLC, the banter is just awesome, and you get everyone back! Granted, if they survived, but that's besides the point....

Citadel,Leviathan and From Ashes are up there each for their own reasons. Omega is probably on the rear due to it being so disconnected from the rest of the storyline.
Citadel wins though, the scenes with Shep and Kaidan are such a sweetness overload, gets me every time, especially them cuddling on the couch.

Omega > Leviathan > From Ashes > Citadel
Let me make it clear that I like them all but this is simply my order of preference.
It's hard to rank From Ashes though because Javik is almost mandatory.
