My OCD is kicking in and that can be dangerous.  I can't find A Father's Letter and as you can see from the Wiki, it's location isn't listed.  I usually find this in my playthroughs, so I know I should be able to find it, and the content makes me think it's in Emprise du Lion or maybe Emerald Graves.

 

I don't suppose any of you can remember where you've seen it, can you?  You'd make several companions very happy if their Inquisitor would stop dragging them all over empty maps looking for this lost piece of paper.
