Ds2 is the main reason I dont get to play me3 much any more even when I have the time.I'm more of a bloodbro and I play exclusively pvp nowadays though, there's just so much to do and so many asses to kick!
Sorry for the fact that I'm derailing your thread with my fangirling Op, dark souls have always been a weakness of mine. Also congrats on your solo!

Just say your BSN name too so I know it's you. But what soul level build you have? I'm usually cap it at 200 something. Seems to be a very popular low level cap if I recall correctly?
But I'm still in the ME3mp mood. So I won't be in for Dark Souls action just yet. But this might change sooner then I think? Not sure yet...
What builds you use? I usually use the slow Zweinder with light enough armour and some poise. Sometimes more poise, sometimes no poise. Playing with faster weapons seems easier, and I like the more chess like methodical aproach and learning to read players better.

Yes that's true but I stuck to level 200 till I ranked up in the blood arena then jumped to 250 and then i finally stopped at 300 because of all the havelmonsters I kept meeting. I mostly just run a quality str/dex build with some pyro. As for weapons I love UGSs especially the ivory king and Raime's UGS. The zweihander is a classic as well. Mostly mix this with some greatswords and curved swords.
Edit: zero poise and fashion souls for armor btw.

What makes Dark Souls better then Mass Effect3mp is the competitive nature of it and pushing yourself to be better. In ME3mp I just never get that drive to be better and competitive due to how unbalanced and broken it is.

The only drive I get from ME3mp to keep going is playing with bad and/or weak no manifest Gold pugs and trying to somehow keep the team going as a team instead of Lone Wolf it with them in my backpack with superior weapons, setups and cheese.

True, I honestly never care about my score as long as I'm not dying and actually helping my teammates. Me3 is of course a coop shooter and so its not meant to be competitive either. Ds2 definitely pushes you to get better due to its pvp nature and design. But there's plenty of broken things in ds2 as well, dat chaos blade and ice rapier spam!

Decided to try flawless Platinum run. First try no luck, Ravager got me mid wave 8. But second try was much better, used only one rocket on wave 10 hack.
What now? Because it is early for retirement.

Check out the themed challenges group if you dare. There are some ridiculous tough records that need to be broken
It takes a while to sort through since there have been many series over 3 years but a good place to start is the N7 challenge series.
