Wouldn't it be funny if they just showed another CGI trailer or something like the teaser on N7 day and said "tune in next year for more information"? Oh how we would laugh and laugh, we would all be like "you got us Bioware, haha you got us again you old trickster you".

Bioware can be troll-y. But they also love their fans. So I say, welcome them with open arms but keep one eye on them. (At EA play.)

If that happens, I'd be extremely worried about the progress of this game/

The only way that can happen is if they decide to begin Andromeda from scratch again. No chance at all I'd say.

Well they have to start showing something sometime.  If its coming out holiday season its 9-10 months away.  Then again they kept the multiplayer in DA: I under wraps until damn near release day so you never know.  It's hard to say what the heck it going on over at Bioware sometimes, but I think E3 will show a little something.  That's when devs bring their A game.

It would suck if they did troll us again. But I would still buy the game eventually, because it's Mass Effect. I can't not buy it.

I'm hoping for a synopsis of the plot of ME:A, new trailer, and some gameplay. I don't think that's too much to ask.

Unless the extreme whining on BSN changed their minds to make a completely new game which is a romance/fetish simulator first and combat shooter second.

Andromeda marketing so far seems very standard. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see anything until E3 (or the EA stuff), but it might happen. I'm hoping for a Game Informer coverage.

What marketing?

I hope we get a little sneak peak before E3. Even if it is an image of our PC, or something.  Something to keep the forums going and new theories and whatnot til E3 2016.

Well, I suppose you could say the lack of marketing...

They love their fans? You can say that with a straight face, here? In this forum aka The Cave Of The Lost, Forgotten and Forsaken? Hah.

BioWare loves paying customers and adoring worshippers. A fan who dares to say something like, "I liked your game but the ending was disappointing and not at all what you implied we'd get" is being shouted down, ridiculed and then ignored. BioWare has allergic reactions to critique.

But since they care about dazzling the naive with flashy trailers to create hype (and eventually revenue) for their (lately mediocre) games, we can probably expect a second trailer that mentions the story and/or perhaps tells us a little about our character. A few minutes of (alpha) gameplay footage will follow. Of course, this might show things again that won't actually be in the game because they ran into hardware limitations or time constraints.

Don't forget how they mislead fans into paying the same price for the same game and then pull the rug out from under them with little more than a "FU"  No warning at all...just screwed over.

Yes brothers and sisters...Bioware has one of the sharpest knives in the business.

BioWare Points.

Release Day DLC.

Full price DLC even after the game's price was reduced to 5 bucks.

Ingame stores designed to lure people into micro transactions.

But hey, the trailers are usually awesome. I actually saved the SW:TOR cinematic trailers because those are seriously good. DA2 trailer was epic, too.

EA doesn't usually allow a lot of delays.

They're probably working Bioware like this right about now.

Interesting.

The Game Informer article about DA:I was more of an advertorial piece (imo).... paid advertising in the guise of a review. The local paper has them from time to time. They look and read like an article but are disguised advertising and the paper gets paid for printing the page.

So, be wary of goody-goody articles printed by game magazines.

Plenty of games keep me busy and 2016 will also have DOOM!. My very first horror game that made me jump and heart pounding!. I have no time to feel sorry and certainly not really thirsty for vaporware type ME:A tweets.
