I mean powers that slow the recharge rate down and can be either selected at load out or activated during missions. Powers that add a constant bonus while active to the players attributes. I was just playing a bit of crysis 1 and was reminded of how fun it was to boost my strenght to snipe people at 20 meters with consecutive head shots from a high recoil weapon.

When I saw the title I was thinking pure passives.

ME3 the powers like this were basically all defensive with some offense evolutions.  I suppose a more offense oriented one could work.

I actually would have liked more straight up passives, more akin to ME1.  Partly because slapping melee and durability in the same passive where you chose one or the other was not so great.

Not so great to put it gently.

I really hope BW got the message and changes that in MEA.

Melee should share the skill tree with power/weapon damage so a true melee build is viable, fitness (durability while standing still or in cover) and mobility (movement speed and damage reduction while moveing, jetpack jumps) another one.

This thread title reminds me of the convoluted DA2 powers and evolutions trees. No thanks. Focus on tighter less convoluted gameplay instead. This also means less bugs & balance issues slipping past BioWare that never end up getting fixed too. Because we all know how great BioWare is at that.

Fortification, Tech Armor already lowers the recharge speed however there are passive skills those boost the recharge speed of powers. If you wan't much higher recharge, than don't give any point into Tech Armor.
