DAO Saves Won't Upload At All

So what's the updated version on how to get DAO saves into the Keep, now that Senjougahara Hitagi's thread on using the Bioware Social Network is no longer relevant? My DA2 Hawke uploaded just fine, but the Keep's not recognizing any of my heroes from DAO, or my achievements, for that matter. Oddly, it only seems to be picking up on the Witch's Hunt DLC achievements, but not the hero. How would I go about getting the Keep to recognize DAO?

And before someone says, yes, I know I'll still have to choose everything manually. I'm mostly concerned about the name/avatar to be honest, because it's going to bother the hell out of me seeing a Warden with a different name in DAI.

You can manually upload an avatar and change the Warden's name. Also the name is not imported in DAI, only the surname which stays the same and changes based on backround.
