No other active quest in my Journal had those symbols.
Anyone know what these Journal symbols mean?

I don't recall ever seeing a +1 and a little dude with an Inquisition flag in a quest description of the Journal screen before. What does it mean? (See red arrow).

I've seen them before too can't say I know either. I'm guessing but it might mean how many power points you earn for doing it? Don't know though. Curious tpo know the answer to this myself but that's what I always thought. Never really properly checked though.

It is indeed the amount of power you get for completing that quest.
It is in every quest descriptor (on my Xbone version at least).

Aha! Good eye, I completely missed that.
Seems kind of inconsistent. I know there are quests for closing all the rifts in region ABC, and closing rifts always earns Power, but I don't see those symbols on my active quests for closing rifts.

That's true. I suppose with the rifts it's kind of a given.
