Was just wondering if the NWN2 source IRC is down?  I haven't been able to get to the web based site so was wondering if the IRC channel is still up and running?

Maybe you are trying to connect to GrinningFool's old irc server? He retired it. The current server is:

 

If you have a standalone IRC client it's chat.freenode.net/6667 #nwvault

or for a web interface click the kiwichat option on the left panel of neverwintervault.org
