Hello everyone,

 

Its been a few years since i played the trilogy. I want to play it again and i'm looking for good ideas to change things a little or to improve the experience. Here's my ideas list.

 

- Cheat

ME trilogy Paragon / Renegade :

Maximize all the points at the beginning of the game, I don't want to be "good" or "bad" this time, i just want to make my own choices in every situation

 

ME1 Exploring planets :

Mako speed : Use console to speed up the mako when exploring planets. I loved the sidequests in the few bases they were on these planets, but finding ressources with the mako was the worst part (to me) of the game.

Is there a way (console, trainer) to show (or better, to get) all the resources of the planets at the beginning ?

 

ME 2 Planet Scanning :

I will use console to have all the minerals at max at the beginning, planet scanning for minerals was not my favorite part of the game.

 

ME 3 :

I don't remember something boring as mako or planet scanning, am i forgetting something in ME 3 ? ^^

 

- Graphic Mods

ME1 : MEUTIM

ME1 : N7 Armors MEUITM

ME3 : A Lot Of Textures (ALOT)

ME3 : HD Weapon Mods

For Mass Effect 2 I suggest the texture and shader upgrades too, and a mod to shorten the loading screens.

A somewhat less cheaty cheat to mitigate the mineral scanning tedium is to increase the maximum number of probes and amount of fuel, easiest done with a mod. At least now you don't need to return to the fuel depot after every other planet system.

My personal gameplay modding favorites are:

Mass Effect style selector; it keeps things a bit more uniform through all three games
The Arrival Trigger Mod, it moves the mission briefing to take place after the Suicide Mission (though it still becomes available after Horizon).
No Minigames. They have really little replay value.
