Is there a way to do so?   I want to replay the Citadel one because it's everyone's fave.  But also, I want to test out the diff dialogues.

Make a save before starting the dlc.

 

 For the parts that you want to hear dialogue from characters, make a save at that point. When done hearing whatever dialogue from those characters, reload that save, and then choose two different characters. Do that for each part of the dlc that you want to hear different dialogue.

 

As a suggestion, I would write down the date and time of the save and at what point in the dlc that save was made so you don't lose track of when the save was made.

Options:

 

1)If you haven't passed the point, make an earlier save file - like themikefest said.

 

2)Finish game, go New Game Plus, come back to the DLC when you can.

 

No way to just 'replay' - like with any other mission.
