Sure, so long as they don't make up the majority of options.
DA:I's CC was terrible for female characters in that 75% of the available options were some variety of balding, partially shaved, or buzzcut. One bald, one partially shaved, and one buzzcut option are sufficient.

Wasnt just female characters, both suffered from same horrible hair styles.
