The PSN app on my phone lists friends playing DAMP on PS4, so no problems there.
Probably just maintenance on the PC server then?

So they come out with the GOTY copy to boost Christmas sales, but yet they're not maintaining the game. How much effort does it take to make a post that the servers are down for maintenance? Way to go, Bioware. Just give us some type of heads up.
