So there is something i have been thinking about for years, and it bothers me so. In the Mass Effect Trilogy trailer Saren has this awesome moment where he goes off book and just rants about everything that Shepard will lose etc, its really powerful, but the thing is i have never ever heard it in the game. It is at the 50 second mark in the trailer. Is it locked behind a certain dialogue choice? Or maybe not using Renegade or Paragon to persuade him. Anyway it bothers me, where in the game does he pull out that line.

I don't know if that sentence is actually ever said in the same line, I only found a video where they are separated. The first part "You've lost. You know that, don't you?" comes way before the second part, which is accessible by picking the Renegade choice at a certain point.
