I realize this is a random and very specific question, but can you give your (male) Inquisitor a cleft, or dimpled, chin? I've never really gotten a handle on customizing characters in any game, and I'm wondering if I'm missing something. There doesn't appear to be any kind of slider for chins.

I don't think you can shape a proper cleft chin, but there are some complexions that have a little line on the chin.
For example human, dwarf and elf male complexion: 6,7,14,15,22,23
You could also try being clever with the location of scars.
