I have both a copy of the Xbox 360 and PC versions of ME2 (The 360 version was a gift, the PC was my own doing), and I was wondering if I could download the content to both systems without restricting to the other?
Wondering how the DLC works?

you can.
the downloads from the site are for pc. for xbox, its from the in game store.
both require you to use the same ea online account though (the one you register your codes on with social)

Isn't PC DLC usually free?
so i dont think you will much problems.
and like the post above me, if you use the same account for both PC and 360, the content you buy will be linked for that account.
