I didn't think Fiona and Warden Commander Clarel were villains. They just made impulsive decisions that weren't right.
Anyway, what about Leliana? Yes, she's among the good guys, but I see that she also had potential in becoming a villain given a few choices made to push her toward the dark side.

To be fair, everyone, man or woman, good or evil, got hit with the ugly stick. Morrigan, Leliana, Cullen, and Viv are the only good looking people that really stand out. Josie is hot as hell, but wears a potato sack, Cas is pretty, mixed with an amazon vibe. Strange how everything went pretty and High Fantasy except for the people, who were designed to be "realistic" for some reason.
I do wonder if Harding launched a thousand ships because she is one of the few better than average looking people. Scout Office Hot
