It was part of my post-mission talk-to-the-crew jog around the ship in ME2... duck my head in there, eliciting a quick, humorous lecture from EDI, next up Chakwas' office... Now it's locked? No one was ever in there anyway. Not once. Did Bioware ever explain why this was taken away?
