I am wondering how does someone who is a biotic trains to become an Adept ?

What would the training require ? Is biotic training mentioned anywhere in the Codex / Lore ?

I wish to roleplay my Shepard so I want to try and understand how biotic training works.

Thoughts ?

That's a good question. You get an idea of how some of the first human biotics were trained through conversations with Kaidan in the first game, and there's some Codex stuff on a later program, The Ascension Project. However, I don't think Shepard was trained at either of these, seemingly ignorant of anything Kaidan tells him/her of the former, and too old for the latter (training L4s - Shepard is an L3).

Have you started with the first Mass Effect? Maybe it's covered under your codex profile when you create a Biotic Shepard? If not, though, I recommend just reading the article on the Ascension Project, linked above, and possibly the one on Biotics in general. If you scroll down, there's a section on human biotics :)

Wish I could provide a better answer than that, but it's all I could find.

I did read through the Wiki and the Codex but there is no description on how they actually train ? Like do they do calisthenics & yoga ? Or do Sudoku puzzles for mental exercise ? Or do something else. That is what I am wondering.

Use the Force, Luke!

No, wait...

Use your Biotics, Shepard!

 -That's better.

But really, it seems the Biotics go to schools or Institutions like the Grissom Academy where they learn how to focus and properly cast biotics.

Or in some cases, like Jack that was implanted and had to adapt, otherwise she would've been tortured even more in the Pragia Facilities.

But in reality, it isn't quite well explained if they have some random outbursts or something like that when they aren't trained.

(Oh, there is Gillian on the Ascension Novel, but since its mainly because of

Spoiler
I wouldn't count on any other biotic person having random outbursts)

Like any skill, using biotics must be learned. Since biotics are effectively directed and guided by the nervous system (in conjunction with the biotic amp implants for humans at least), I imagine using biotics is a lot like learning to walk or ride a bike or learning a martial art.

It's very physical, and nearly all biotics use some kind of gesture-based or muscular movement mnemonic to activate a biotic ability.

So the analogy of treating it like learning yoga is a fair one. Combine that with biofeedback exercises, biotic training would be a combination of meditation and movement, practicing the same motion over and over again to associate a particular movement or tension in specific combinations of muscle groups with a particular biotic effect.
