Is it possible to figure out how to recreate a character's appearance from a save file? I play on Xbox 360.

I played through origins for the first time a couple months ago, and I loved it. I've played through a couple times since then with different characters making different decisions, but I still really love that first character, and I miss her. So I'd like to play through again (kind of like rewatching a movie you liked!) But in starting a new game, I can't seem to make her look right on my own, so I was hoping someone could tell me how to read appearance specs in the save files.
