Hairstyles (they really define a character in so many ways), many facial presets that actually LOOK ATTRACTIVE! Especially in-game and under any lighting/angle. I hate it when NPCs look better than my main-char, I do not tolerate this!

 

And get rid forever of the CC from DAI....anyone ever seen the racemenu-mod for Skyrim? THAT'S the way to go - also I am lazy, I would like again to take face-codes from other people and use them as basis to improve/change upon...not really possible with DAI CC

 

In the end, all I want is trying to recreate a proper tribute to Ms. Harrington, space-heroine ... ^^

In an Ideal scenario? Extremely in depth. I want some hairstyles, including long ones, that are exclusively available to the protagonist. I want the inner/outer iris options that DAI had, plus a heterochromia option. I want scars, tattoos, different types of freckles, not just different skin shades but also skin undertones (neutral, golden, or pink). I'd want the different bone structure options to be classified with names: oval, heart, diamond, long, square. Same with the nose types: ski slope, roman, dainty, long.

 

I want a few select body type presets, i.e. Willowy, hourglass, muscular and I'd want different types of movement. In a perfect world, I'd be able to decide how my protagonists walks, or moves their hands.

FA4 set a high bar (Sans the body sliders. Almost but no cigar) so anything less tHan that level is failure.. I still couldn't create anyone that looked exactly like myself, but it was the closest to any other CC I've used.

I just want decent East/Southeast Asian presets that I can customize. I don't know why, maybe it was the game but I had trouble making decent looking Asian characters with the past games.

 

I hear ya. Not many Asian looking people is WRPGs as sad as it is. I do hope that ME:A adds some kind of Asian looking customization, it would be nice ya.

I just want to have scars come back, better hair options (by that I mean different hair types, not just styles, such as curly, straight, frizzy, afro, and idk any others) and having the ability to change some aspects in game that would make sense. No plastic surgery, just being able to change hair style, facial hair, scars and maybe even add tattoos? Having a full on plastic surgery would not be what I would like, even if I screwed up my PC's face, since the NPC's would not be able to recognise him/her.

I loved Fallout 4's CC (quite honestly, the best I've seen for a crpg yet).

All I ask is that we're not relegated to 50 shades of bald or balding (thanks DAI) and that we actually have some variety in hairstyles. Some medium length, some long, and some short/semi-short.

Dreadlocks/cornrows, spiky hair and long hair (for both genders even if they are different styles) would be great. Would love a ponytail or 'ronin' bun (from Fallout 4) for my male character.

I like the idea of skin undertones too, or at least include that with the skin color options. Reddish, pinkish, golden, neutral, I'd like to see those options presented without having to resort to makeup to achieve the effect. Would say the same for hair as well, ranging from auburn to pale/ash blond and so forth. Bonus if you could add highlights or even dye in odd colors just because.

And for love of the Maker let us see the eye colors. They were so difficult to see in Mass Effect's CC because of the lighting. In fact having a bright light for the CC or option to toggle lighting in the CC would be tremendously useful.

Personally, I don't care too much for character customization. I don't think it needs to be over-the-top with options to change every single aspect of your character, but I agree that it needs to be improved over the original trilogy. I never actually played as a custom MShep in Mass Effect 1, 2 or 3, because no matter how many times I tried to get something normal looking, I always ended up with an abomination when I got into the actual game.

 

The customization would really benefit from a wider array of facial options and more varied hair styles.

i would like a DAI kinda CC. that yeah, I could spend hours on until i find the right look for my character. I would like better hair and scars. 

I kinda missed Scars in ME2/3 { i mostly play Paragon or Renagon so no cyber scar things for my Shepard}

I've always managed to find at least one hairstyle I like, so, if I had to choose only one thing I want from customisation? Freckles. I want freckles. Not just one skin complexion that has freckles if you squint. I just want a freckles option... I don't know? Throw it in with the scars or tattoos, but let me put freckles over which ever skin complexion I choose. Please.
