I'll say. Can't believe how many Gold kills I've lost to lolPull.

 

 

I'll take a guess at what Slasher means. The incredibly fast recharge allows you to Pull an unshielded mook in a group, and Charge almost instantly -> multiple dead mooks.

 

You can still do that without fast recharge evolution and just evo 5 recharge evolution and 200% cooldown. Only problem with Lash is long startup and finish animation. Once that's over you can do your next power (ie. should be able to warp your enemies with Slasher while they are still flying in the air).

I suck pretty hard with them both, but I usually claim "off-host vulnerability" as an explanation. 

 

Stasis is better on the Asari Adept (unless you're Clyde), and Pull is better on the Justicar, so I usually skip them on the Vanguards.

 

The DrellGod can go more horribly wrong than the Asari, but by the same token his levels of destruction can be almost traumatic to witness if played well.

Not even a serious question. The AV is a fun and respectable enough kit, but c'mon...

For me, it's Asari Vanguard. But my reasoning is rather unique.

 

As AV is only way to have asari "soldier" in the game. Chargeless AV is perfect for that role. So, I play her as commando, who throws Stasis around and shoot or grenades everything.

 

Yes, I'm definitely not using AV to it's fullest potential here. But I have always wanted asari soldier....so I made one.

Drellgod is more powerful, but I like asari more so I play assguard more. I especially prefer her if I'm off-host, since charge, clusters, and drell in general are all a bit shoddy off-host.

 

Lift grenades are at a serious disadvantage for not exploding combos on most enemies. If they did then they could at least compete with clusters by being weaker but easier to aim.

Neither. Outside of solos or the occasional challenge I never play them since I don't like grenade spammers, and any alternate builds that don't focus on grenade spam are basically just dull versions of their adept counterparts.

But if you're looking for a really fast character play the Drell. I play him with Venom or Hurricane and bonus power. Good host required - and bring ammo consumables and know about not to bracket Phantoms and the like.

Asari Vanguard is like a Drell Vanguard with training wheels, inflicts less damage but is more tanky. Once you get comfortable with the grenadier vanguard skill set, the Drell becomes king.

 

IMO, one of the absolute worst enemies in this game is Phantoms .. Stasis is quite handy in this regard. I normally skip 6B passive and take 3 points in Stasis

The Obvious answer is Asari for their bounciness, elegance, biotics, and sweet releases 

the drell may be good but they never made vanguards look this good

I'm a sucker for grenades so I use them both, but more often with the Drell because I dunno how the Stasis power from the Asari would benefit me further than a Biotic Ecxplosion. 

But then again,  I only upgrade their Biotic Charge and Grenades power. Whatever 3rd power they gots I completely put aside for the BOOM.
