Hi guys.
Could somebody help me with my order? It has been shipped 31.12.2015, and since then there are uninformative milestones from PPX like "In Transit" and "Shipped" following one another.
And there is the last one from 22.01.2016 saying that there was a delivery attempt. But I haven't seen any notifications in my mailbox ever since. My local post fails to track the package with this PPX number.
Should I be worried now? I addressed this problem to "UseReplyToEmail[at]biowarestore" and then to Zendesk without any response.
Could somebody please advice me what to do next?
