I'm downloading DAI GOTY for PC as I write this. Last year, I played DAI on PS4. Then I did DAO and DA2 on PC. No shortage of mods for Origins. Fewer for DA 2. What about DAI? Anything worthwhile? Anything to give Sera or Cassandra longer hair?
Worthwhile mods for DAI?

Yes, I scanned through the mods on Nexus. Mostly hair and clothing mods. Nothing that really caught my eye, but I figured I'd ask in case anyone noticed anything I missed. No longer hair for Cassandra that I could see. One maybe for Sera. Do you use any of the DAI mods, Thandal?

I use Quicker Looting, Bi-Cassandra, and (sort of by accident) Ardent Blossom.
Used to use a Skyhold Pajamas replacement too, but last patch corrected that problem.
And I guess you missed this: Sera's Longer Hair.

Honestly, since you've already played DAI you should know of things that you might like to change, such as the Skyhold attire, formal attire, the leather elements on the warrior and rogue armor, and so on.
I use a limited amount of mods, but I will recommend some that I feel are basic necessities that everyone should like.
Inquisitor Armour Leather Shoulder and Thigh Pads
Silent Chanters and some other dialogues
Shameless plug for two of my own mods...
Fonty (my personal fav is Estrangelo Edessa)
If you want to use a ReShade, I highly recommend Realistic Reshade. It's extremely easy to use and adds improvement to the lighting and sharpening, while not being too drastic a change from the default.
If you are looking for a different formal attire mod, you should just browse through all of the mods, rather than search, because authors are not consistent with their naming. Some use the term "finery," others "attire," and so on. The same goes for the Skyhold attire and "PJs."

A big ditto for just about everything said by nightscrawl...using the Nexus search function on DAI mods is not optimal.
Also note that many mods for the game are not on the Nexus. While not comprehensive, the DAI Modder Central blog tracks a lot of those releases.

No looting animation
No dirt build up

More loot flex crafting

etc....

ConversationCameraZoom. Exactly what the title says. The camera zooms in when the conversations that are not cutscenes are triggered. It might be subjective, but I think that it helped the immersion a lot. Seeing the npcs' face more clearly is nice.

Mh, the ones who I always use are:
- No waiting for the war table missions (does what it says)
- TEETH (makes people's teeth white and not yellow, but it depends on your preference)
- No dirt buildup (same as above)
- Camera zoom in conversations
- Yes, we know about Mythal! (if you plan to play as an elf it removes all the stupid questions Inquisitor asks to Morrigan such as "What is Mythal???", since, well, he/she's supposed to know about Elven gods..... You can also use this as non elf but it does not differentiate between the two)
- Skaramoosh's Realistic hair texture
- Look at these eyes (hd eyes)
- Inquisitor Portrait (instead of that silly green hand you can pick an icon to use as your Inqui's team icon)
- Formal wear replacer for Halam'shiral + any other outfit you want to use instead
- Skyhold PJ replacer
- Any mod that replaces in game stores with good stuff, such as TMM Rare Weapons, or Redcliffe Supply or whatever it's called, where you can buy like pretty much every crafting material or supply and extra schematics (But these are kinda o.p., if you don't want the game to be super easy then don't get it)
Plus I use a bunch of look mods, like hair, brows, face textures, lashes etc but you said you don't want those ![]()
