I've watched it go from drizzle to rain to freezing rain to light snow and back all weekend. I've already seen it hit 80 degrees (F) this year and this weekend we had thundersnow. I truly love spring in the Rocky Mountains.

Drinking some beer and reveling in the feeling of my football team winning. Definitely feeling happy, especially as there's no work tomorrow.

1. I've been consistently finding the mark on my money punch, the left hook to the liver.
2. After my original opponent got injured and his initial replacement declined, I finally have a fight.

Feeling better about my interview for tomorrow. Got myself a nice new hair cut, held a conversation with a stranger all by myself (which is pretty hard for me), and found out a little more about the interview. Sounded so goofy that I'm hoping that I'm inwardly laughing at how weird it is too much to be nervous.
From what I was told the interview would have things like tossing around a ball and answering questions on the ball. Sounds rather pointless to me but I don't get out in the real world enough and maybe that's normal for job interviews now a days.

And Wilbur (the puppy) has learned his place as beta. It made me giggle.

I'm probably way late with this, but good luck! And remember, if anyone asks, your biggest flaws are that you're a perfectionist and that you have a tendency to work too hard. ![]()

Came back from my first one got another one for 12:30am with the manager. First one was pretty easy, asked a lot of soft ball questions (imo). After that I need to fill out forms for my gaming license and in about two to three weeks it should go through and i should be ready for my first day. Assuming I don't mess up the next interview.
Very disheartening to see the room I'm suppose to be moving into though, looks like it needs to be bathed in bleach or cleansed in fire.

One last hoop, one last hoop to go through and the job will be mine. Just need to get my gaming license and I should be good to go.
I should also stop trying to be respectful to the managers apparently since that's 'bad' and shows I'm too 'quite'. Next time I'll just tell them all the questions they ask are stupid and wonder off when they are trying to talk to me, yelling while doing so of course so I'm not 'quite'.
Blah sorry turned into a rant there.

I've mentioned I love Colorado in the spring. To give you guys an idea, in one week, we went from about 10" of heavy snow, to 80 degree temps, to 66 and rainy with a tornado warning, and 70s yesterday with afternoon thunderstorms. That also had a tornado warning. Today it's supposed to be in the 70s today, with a chance of storms.
The whole city looks amazing though. There is green everywhere and flowers are in bloom. There is nothing like a cool western breeze in the warm sun.
Life isn't always easy, but life can be pretty damned good.

I may start moving out this weekend, I'm waiting to see the room for myself first before I bring any of my things over but if I'm being told the truth I'll be one step closer to being able to get my own place.
Even looked around for when I moved out of there and found a place close to my soon to be work that starts out around $500 a month.

Sometimes it's the simple things. I love my new linen sheet set. I bought it on etsy.com. Handmade, and the loveliest shade of dusty lavender I've ever seen.

So I rang him and after 2 of the most awkward minutes of one sentence exchanges, any anger toward him disappeared.

Rain makes me happy. When it rains, I can sleep. Trying to sleep during the day in the summer is...not fun.

I wish it would rain here. This summer is probably going to be another way too dry one for Cali.

I made myself a white russian with toffee flavored cream. It made me think of Nat right away.
It's also absurdly delicious.

I'm way late to the party, but here is my list:
1. My morning coffee (before then, stay out of my way
)
2. My 3 cats and my porcupine puffer fish
3. Any cute animals, especially in petting/feeding zoos
4. Nature (I'm particularly fond of the ocean, clean beaches, and lush forests)
5. The Resident Evil Movie franchise / Milla Jovovich (guilty pleasure)
6. Any comic book / movie / show with Rogue (X-Men) in it
7. The 10 minutes of Romance scenes I get in BioWare games. It makes the other 40-80 hours totally worth it.
8. Mortal Kombat X on my iPad
9. Finishing a workout (but not really actually doing it)
10. Dressing up for Halloween

Always good to see a Southside brother get up.
EDIT: Also, I've been eating crap this weekend.
After all the dieting I've been having to do, and will be getting back to this Monday, it's been great.

Aside from the constant pain work hasn't been that bad. So far everyone has been pretty friendly even the customers. One of them even tried to tip me early in my shift today. Couldn't take it but still a nice thought.

Wait, wait, wait. Customers, friendly? Does not compute.
