I am trying to test out some stuff in the GENESIS 2 DLC. I accidentally wiped my hard disk so I have literally 0 saves. I went through the Role Playing > Character Creation steps but once I finalize my choices I never see a prompt. I literally have this DLC but have never even seen any hint of it existing. I imported 0 saves, as I previously stated.

Genesis 2 should prompt you right after the completion of Shepard creation. It's how it happens on Wii U and I've gone through this about 8 times. If I'm not mistaken, the Normandy splash screen should play and then the screen goes black with the notice to go through Genesis 2.
Have you tried reinstalling ME3 in a clean state?
If you get one generated, can you look into the Miranda bug?
