DAO not uploading to keep

Hello,i still have problems DAO after years passed still.

i created new character and my friend did same also.So theres no character of DAO warden at keep.

So any suggestions?i tried and read every posiblty for upload to keep.Also 24 hour passed for upload to keep(Also we using turkish os win 8.1 this can be issue?becouse at old times years ago i had problems with DAO in win 7 turkish os)

Edit:Also forget to say,my dao keep connection lost to servers even main menu.Even changed localization for work this out.Last thing is i have 6 custom hero only i want delete them some of them but it uploaded many years ago not now;at moment DAO not uploading to keep.

Just rename one of the default characters.

As Kantr mentioned, you can just modify one of the existing default heroes.

If you specifically want to try to get your hero on the Keep, there are a few reasons DA:O might not upload - the most common is probably that you're using the developer console (either explicitly, or possibly due to a few mods which are available)

If you are using the developer console, I'd turn it off, and then restart the game and try again; either making a new character or loading the one you made before could work. Once you load the char, I'd also try doing some actions with them to trigger the game to send an update, such as changing equipment. The older DA:O system used those events to track and retain an accurate portrait of your armour and items, so you can use it to send a new upload to the Keep as well.
