Hello all!

Currently, I am in Skyhold and trying to get back to haven and look for Flames of the Inquisition items in my chest that I may have overlooked. The issue is that on the world map it does not show up - Looked over the entire map and no where is the location found -Agina not on local - on world. Is that a bug? 

 

Also, I did use the Flames of the Inquisition items on another character - would that affect me on a new character. Thought I looked though the chest at the beginning but I could be wrong.

 

Any where else I could look? Or am I stuck?

You can't return to Haven after going to Skyhold. 

Flames of the Inquisition items should be in a chest in the Undercroft (the door on the right behind the throne). It's down the stairs next to the armor crafting bench.

Thank you for the prompt reply. However, there is nothing in the chest. I did use the Flames of the Inquisition items on another character - would that affect me on a new character..

no that shouldnt affect anything.  Try heading to a different area and then coming back.  I dont think the equipment shows up until you have left skyhold and then come back.

Thank you for your reply. Have already left and completed quite a few missions then returned only to find nothing. I put in a tech request just to make sure that it is not a bug of some sort.

only other thing I would verify is that your keep account is still the same as your game account.

It is the same

 

I submitted a trouble ticket to EA Support and their answer was to redownload and install.
