I've been curious about this. I haven't upgraded yet because I was concerned it would affect NWN2 and the Toolset. Wondering if anyone has upgraded and had issues or not?

I am running Windows 10 and the only issue I can notice is the minimap not working properly (it doesnt display the map, but some messed up background), but I think that's more related to the anti-aliasing than the operating system.

As Clangeddin I have only noticed the minimap issue (actually it uses the loading screen as minimap background 
). I'm running on XP SP3 compatibility mode, as administrator in the toolset, as a normal user in game.
Since I bought a new rig with Windows 10 pre-installed a few months ago, I had to reinstall DirectX 9.0c and to reactivate .Net Framework 3.5 (Configuration Panel/Programs/Activate or Deactivate Windows functionalities).

Running it on a couple Win 10 systems, not using compatibility mode (both game and toolset). Works just fine for me.
