So when a mage is made tranquil his connection to the fade is severed, however, blood magic is not fueled by the fade, it is entirely rooted in the material world, so couldn't a tranquil potentially use blood magic? I mean tranquil are severed from the fade but are still mages, ans sure they are usually docile and obedient but they still possess free will, and if Asimov thought me anything is that even under strict rules a purely logical based thinking can lead one to horrible actions, I can definitely see a tranquil justifying itself into the use of blood magic.
Could a tranquil use blood magic?

nope, tranquil as nonmages cant use any magic as dwarves, blood magic is still use magic and need a fade connection of user(ability to see dreams and absorb mana) to use magic
but it is possible to do some rituals(sacrifices) in special places with weak veil without being a mage to have deals with demons and connection with them are cure type tranquility(cos full tranquility ritual is used on Seekers so they have their powers) what is used on mages or anyone
nonmages of races where mages are born can unlock magic powers as we know, even dwarves

In theory what would happen is this; if the pain caused to the Tranquil by cutting themselves was sufficient to attract a demon, then the demon could make contact with them and thus they would no longer be tranquil. The very act of a spirit/demon touching their mind restores them. It is just that lacking emotions; they tend to be ignored by spirits/demons and that is why it doesn't occur more often.
So if a Tranquil was told this information and decided they no longer wanted to be Tranquil, then cutting themselves and effectively using blood magic would be the path to use. Whilst the mechanics of blood magic have never been clear, I think the power you utilise does come from making connection with a demon and them channelling additional mana to you.
When they made the occulara, the Venatori seem to have attracted a demon into possessing a tranquil, presumably using blood magic, and then at the very moment the tranquil is possessed/is no longer tranquil/feels emotion again they kill them, which apparent traps the demon/spirit of the tranquil within the skull and allows it to detect the shards. The mechanics of this don't make much sense to me and the idea is repulsive but that is what is claimed in the codex.

No, that's the whole point of Templars making suspected blood mages (like Jowan) Tranquil.
